Multiple Award Winning Calligrapher – Mr Tan Chong Han

Mr Tan started writing Chinese calligraphy at the age of 17 years old. As a teenager, he has won various awards from international competitions. After writing with his right hand for decades, Mr Tan started writing with his left hand when he was 38 years old. In 2019, out of thousands of entries received by artists worldwide, Mr Tan won gold and first class awards in various prestigious international competitions organised by China and Singapore, becoming the only Singaporean winner. Mr Tan’s works have also been exhibited in China and Singapore.
